Nuex Health provides nutritional tracking, dietary guidance, and access to registered dietitians. However, the information provided through the app is for informational purposes only and is not intended to substitute professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician before making significant lifestyle or dietary changes.
3. User Accounts & Responsibilities
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding the password that you use to access the service.
- Ensuring that your interactions with our professional consultants remain respectful and strictly related to dietary and health goals.
- Accepting responsibility for any activities or actions under your account.
4. Consultancy Appointments & Cancellations
Consultation appointments made with registered dietitians must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to show up for a scheduled appointment or late cancellations may result in a missed appointment fee or deduction of credits from your account.
5. Intellectual Property
The service and its original content (excluding user-provided data), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Nuex Health Inc. and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without prior written consent.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. By continuing to access or use our service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
